Educational Research
SESRC-Puget Sound conducts research on the relationship of K12 education to higher education, employment, and more.
Graduate Surveys & Focus Groups
Graduate surveys are typically conducted one year after graduation. They provide an excellent opportunity for graduates to reflect on high school after a taste of “the real world”. SESRC’s surveys and focus groups have explored a variety of questions, including:
- Which skills do graduates wish they had learned better in high school?
- What recommendations do graduates have for current students?
- What feedback can graduates provide the high school in terms of course offerings, course rigor, counseling, and overall preparation?
