- The
Graduate Follow-Up Study (GFS) is conducted for the Office of the Superintendent
of Public Instruction (OSPI) by the Olympia office of the Social and Economic
Services Research Center of Washington State University (SESRC-WSU) with the
assistance of other state workforce and educational organizations.*
-
- The purpose of the Graduate Follow-up Study is to provide
information to the state and to school districts about the post-high school
educational and employment activities of the members of each graduating class.
Easy access to this information can provide schools and districts with
insights about the paths their students are taking after graduation.
The study also continues to follow graduates’ activities beyond the
first year.

those currently available. (e.g., profile
of students who stop out of or change institutions of higher education). To inquire about possible custom statewide reports on special topics,
please contact Paul Stern (sternpo@wsu.edu).
