Through the existing agreement between OSPI and SESRC, GFS local tables are available at no additional cost to local high schools and school districts. To request data tables for your local high school or school district, please send a letter on district letterhead signed by a district administrator with the following information:
 
1.       District name if the district report is desired.  
2.       School building name(s) if school level report(s) are desired.  
3.       Name of person who will receive the files  
4.       Email address of person who will receive the files.  
5.       Name and phone number of person to contact if we have questions.  
6.       Preference for Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Excel files.

Reports will be sent to districts as electronic email attachments to the person specified in the letter.
 
The localized reports are only available to school districts that have chosen to participate in the GFS.  These reports cover only those students for whom schools provide adequate student identifying information through the CSRS/P-210 or P-210VOC files. Through an existing arrangement with OSPI, there is no cost to districts for these standard local tables.
